We are hiring a Danish-speaking CRM Manager on behalf of our client in the iGaming industry.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for owning and driving the CRM strategy for the Danish market. You’ll lead and support a team of two CRM Executives across three verticals – Casino, Live Casino, and Sports – and work with multiple brands in a fast-growing and competitive landscape.
As CRM Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the CRM team, ensuring all campaigns and activities are aligned with the overall brand vision and business goals. You’ll collaborate closely with key stakeholders including the VIP Manager, Senior CRM Manager, and Country Manager to deliver engaging, data-driven campaigns that drive retention, loyalty, and customer activity.
Tasks
- Lead, mentor, and support the CRM team
- Plan and execute targeted campaigns across multiple verticals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and execution
- Manage CRM-related projects in coordination with the wider team
- Analyze performance data to optimize communications and improve engagement
Requirements
- Previous experience in CRM within the online gaming sector
- Experience managing or mentoring a team
- Solid understanding of CRM mechanics across the player lifecycle (Sportsbook & Casino)
- Analytical mindset with strong numerical skills
- Passion for finding innovative ways to engage customers
- Native-level fluency in Danish is required
- A collaborative, proactive team player with a problem-solving attitude
