As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the key point of contact for our Italian customers and enable them to extract the full value of our AI-based platform. You'll guide them away from manual, spreadsheet-based processes toward a new, data- and AI-driven way of working. You'll build strong relationships, provide advice, and ensure digital marketing teams exceed their performance goals.
