**neosfer** is the **early-stage venture capital investor** **of Commerzbank Group**. With offices in **Frankfurt am Main** and **Berlin**, we are looking for industry-leading **FinTech-, Sustainability- and B2B SaaS-startups** across Europe that are shaping the digital and sustainable banking of the future. 

  
As one of the **leading** **corporate venture capital** investors in Germany we have invested in **over 30 startups**, including the unicorn Grover, Circula, Candis or Pliant. Our goal is to stand by the founders as a long-term partner. That's why we not only support them with our investment expertise, but also open up the network of Commerzbank Group with its 12 million private customers as well as 70,000 corporate customers to our startups.

  
Now we need **you**! Become part of our investment team as a **Venture Capital Analyst.** 

## Your mission

* Sourcing **Pre-Seed to Series A startups** and building up your own deal pipeline.
* Support in the entire **investment** **process** **end-to-end.**
* Preparation of **competitive analyses**, evaluation of **business plans** and support in negotiating **deal terms**.
* Independent execution of **market analyses** and development of **investment** **hypotheses** based on macroeconomic trends and new technologies, taking into consideration the needs of our **investor**.
* Continuous **development of our portfolio** together with our investment team.

## Your profile

* You have a **very good degree** from a renowned university, e.g. in business administration, computer science, engineering.
* You have gained **i** **nitial experience** in entrepreneurship, startup operations, venture capital, consulting, investment banking or in another challenging professional environment.
* You are **interested in technological innovation** and the broader startup ecosystem.
* You can quickly get to grips with **complex topics** and **present your findings concisely**. You are also familiar with **PowerPoint** and **Excel**.
* You are proficient in **both** **German** and **English** (verbal and written).
