We’re a growing international sportsbook operator and are looking for a German-speaking Customer Operations Agent to strengthen our team on-site in Malta

Your role

You’ll be part of our Customer Operations team and ensure a smooth experience for our users:

• Support customers via live chat & email (German & English)
• Handle KYC checks and verify documents
• Ensure accurate and timely payout processing
• Contribute to improving and streamlining internal processes

Your profile

• Fluent German (written & spoken) – must-have
• Very good English skills
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (incl. weekends & public holidays)

Nice to have:

• Experience in customer support (ideally iGaming / sports betting)
• Interest in sports or betting products

• A structured and solution-oriented mindset
• Reliability and attention to detail

What we offer

💰 Competitive salary: €28,000–€30,000 depending on experience

➕ Bonus: €1,000–€2,400 per year
