We are looking for a Chief Technology and Product Officer (CTPO) based in Vienna (or able to work from our Vienna office regularly), responsible for leading the technology and product functions as an integrated pillar of the organization. This role demands a strategic leader with deep experience in driving product vision, ensuring technology alignment with business goals, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

• Defining and Driving Vision: Shape a bold, outcome-oriented product and technology strategy aligned with NECTURE’s business goals, balancing visionary leadership with a builder mindset.
• Leading with a People-First Mindset: Empower and grow high-performing, self-organizing teams through empathy, coaching, and autonomy, acting as a mentor focused on talent development and team well-being.

• Acting as a Strategic Bridge: Translate seamlessly between tech, business, and stakeholders (including C-level, investors, Board), ensuring clarity, transparency, and strong cross-functional alignment.
• Executing with Technical and Product Fluency: Make informed product and technical decisions, guiding architecture, AI, and innovation initiatives, and ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
• Driving Financial and Operational Excellence: Manage tech and product budgets with a sharp focus on ROI, while upholding high standards in risk management, security compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Communicating with Impact: Be a direct, open, and honest communicator, confidently engaging in high-stakes discussions and bringing departments together around a shared vision and execution plan.
