Aufgaben
- You operate and manage applications within the corporate environment.
- You keep an eye on systems and interfaces and step in quickly when something’s off
- You analyze technical issues, provide long-term solutions and ensure efficient operational processes.
- You handle 3rd-level tickets as part of incident and problem management.
- You serve as the technical point of contact for the applications and services assigned to you.
- You are responsible for the effective implementation of operational processes.
Qualifikation
- A completed technical education (e.g., HTL, university of applied sciences, university)
- Experience with Linux-based systems
- Knowledge of SQL, particularly with Oracle databases
- Familiarity with Shell or Perl scripting
- ITIL knowledge is a plus
- Good English skills, German is an advantage
- Willingness to participate in on-call duties

The starting salary for this position is € 47.000 gross per year. Depending on your qualifications and experience, a higher salary is possible.
