IT-Operations Engineer (m/f/d)

• You operate and manage applications within the corporate environment.
• You keep an eye on systems and interfaces and step in quickly when something’s off
• You analyze technical issues, provide long-term solutions and ensure efficient operational processes.
• You handle 3rd-level tickets as part of incident and problem management.
• You serve as the technical point of contact for the applications and services assigned to you.
• You are responsible for the effective implementation of operational processes.

• A completed technical education (e.g., HTL, university of applied sciences, university)
• Experience with Linux-based systems
• Knowledge of SQL, particularly with Oracle databases
• Familiarity with Shell or Perl scripting
• ITIL knowledge is a plus
• Good English skills, German is an advantage
• Willingness to participate in on-call duties

The starting salary for this position is € 47.000 gross per year. Depending on your qualifications and experience, a higher salary is possible.
