Bilingual French & English Sales Agent - Barcelona

Are you a persuasive and engaging communicator with a strong sales instinct? Do you speak French and English fluently? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We're looking for a Sales Agent native in French and fluent in English, to join our dynamic team. You will be the voice of our brand, maintaining relationships with existing business partners while also seizing opportunities to drive sales.

This role offers full-time opportunities, with shifts between 09:00 and 18:00 / Monday – Friday.

Tasks

  • Build and maintain trust with key decision-makers by demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and a deep understanding of their industry and challenges.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to fully understand each client’s objectives and expectations.
  • Present tailored solutions that align with the client’s goals, ensuring the proposed services/products add tangible value to their operations.
  • Guide clients through a quality-focused sales journey, offering support, clarity, and strategic advice at every stage of the process.
  • Prioritize client satisfaction by ensuring smooth onboarding, consistent follow-up, and responsiveness to any questions or concerns.
  • Strengthen long-term client relationships by maintaining regular communication, identifying opportunities for added value, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., operations, customer service, and product specialists) to ensure client expectations are consistently met and exceeded.
  • Uphold the company’s values of integrity, service excellence, and customer-first thinking in every interaction.

Requirements

  • Native French speaker (written and spoken)
  • Fluent English speaker (written and spoken).
  • Other language is a plus but not required.
  • Previous sales and customer service experience is preferred.
  • Highly motivated, strong communication, goal driven, skilled in negotiation, prospecting while ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Comfortable working with computer systems and various software applications.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
