## Tasks

  
As a Customer Service Agent, your responsibilities include:

*   Providing solutions for technical and administrational questions by phone, e-mail and chat (B2B)
*   Assisting customers with installations and new settings of their terminals
*   Troubleshooting reported issues
*   Maintaining a good customer relationship

## Requirements

What we are looking for:

*   Strong communication/social skills
*   Positive attitude towards changes
*   Service-minded and able to handle conflicts in a constructive manner
*   Team player
*   Strong listening skills
*   A solution-oriented approach without losing eye for detail
*   Ability to solve things independently and take ownership of your work
*   Motivation to contribute to our customer satisfaction and business success

What you need:

*   Excellent level of English (written and spoken)
*   Native level of Danish (written and spoken)
*   Tech-savvy: the ability to work with different IT systems and programs
*   Flexibility with regard to working hours (including evening and weekend shifts)
*   Customer Service / Tech support experience is a plus, but not a must
