Join Navio Logistics and help build the freight forwarder of the future
At Navio Logistics, we are reinventing freight forwarding from the ground up. We are a VC-backed, AI-native freight forwarder on a mission to transform one of the world’s largest and most outdated industries. By combining deep logistics expertise with cutting-edge automation and AI, we are building a faster, smarter, and radically more efficient and customer-centric freight forwarder. - Prepare and issue all operational and shipping documentation
- Manage daily communication with carriers, airlines, handling agents, customs brokers, and global partners
- Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive updates and solution-oriented communication
- Prepare quotations and support rate procurement and negotiations
- Verify incoming costs and prepare outgoing invoices with high financial accuracy
- Coordinate customs and compliance-related activities
- Track and improve operational KPIs across service quality, speed, data accuracy, and customer satisfaction
- Identify bottlenecks, repetitive workflows, and manual tasks across operations
- Work closely with our product and automation teams to design, test, and implement AI-driven workflow improvements
- Help build scalable SOPs, automations, and operational playbooks that become the foundation of our future operating system
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics operations, or transport coordination
- Strong knowledge of air freight, ocean freight, or multimodal operations
- Exceptional problem-solving ability and strong decision-making under pressure
- Highly proactive, ownership-driven, and execution-focused mindset
- Passion for operational excellence and customer obsession
- Excitement about using AI, automation tools, and modern technology to improve workflows
- Curious mindset with strong process improvement instincts
- Excellent written and verbal English
- High attention to detail and financial accuracy
- Comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments where processes evolve quickly
- Strong team player with ambition to grow into leadership roles
Benefits
- Be part of an ambitious VC-backed logistics startup shaping the future of global freight
- Join early and help define how operations, systems, and automation are built from day one
- Work at the intersection of logistics, AI, and operational excellence
- Massive growth opportunities into senior operations, process excellence, and leadership roles
- Young, high-performance, and mission-driven team
- Direct exposure to founders and strategic decision-making
- Competitive compensation + upside for early team members
- Flexible remote / hybrid working setup
- Opportunity to build systems that can redefine an entire industry
Most logistics roles ask you to operate within existing systems. At Navio, you will help invent the system itself. You won’t just move freight — you’ll help create the AI-native operating model for the next generation of freight forwarding. If you’re excited by ownership, speed, technology, and the chance to grow with a rocket ship, we’d love to hear from you.
