About the Role
Naveera Technology LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Data Business Analyst with strong analytical, technical, and stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Cloud Data Platforms, and customer-facing engagements.
Candidates with experience in Healthcare, Insurance, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domains will be highly preferred. The role requires working closely with business stakeholders, product teams, data engineers, and clients to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency, business performance, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical data solutions.
• Work closely with customers, business teams, product managers, and technical stakeholders to deliver analytics and reporting solutions.
• Analyze complex business processes within Healthcare, Insurance, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) environments and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Design and support Data Warehouse, ETL/ELT, and Business Intelligence initiatives.
• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, and AWS QuickSight.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering teams on AWS, Snowflake, Redshift, S3, DBT, and modern cloud data platforms.
• Perform data analysis, profiling, validation, and reconciliation using SQL, Python, R, Spark SQL, Pandas, NumPy, and PL/SQL.
• Support data governance, data quality, compliance, and reporting requirements.
• Participate in client workshops, discovery sessions, requirement gathering, solution demonstrations, and executive reviews.
• Create business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications, data mapping documents, KPI definitions, and reporting specifications.
• Drive insights and recommendations through advanced analytics and business intelligence solutions.
• Support Healthcare and Insurance reporting initiatives involving Claims, Member Data, Provider Data, Revenue Cycle Management, Billing, Coding, Collections, Denials, and Financial
