Regional Manager France (m/f/x)

MYNE is expanding its presence in the South of France. Therefore we are looking for a talented Regional Manager France (m/f/x) to oversee and manage our French properties in the region.

• Managing our properties and customers on-site together with the team based in Berlin.
• Coordination of external service providers and respective quality assurance.
• Planning and coordination of repair and maintenance initiatives in the properties.
• Planning and implementation of property upgrading initiatives (renovation, interior design and equipment).
• Support of our customers on-site together with the owner service.
• Ongoing improvement of all processes in real estate and customer operations.

• You are fluent in French and English. Additional languages such as Italian or German are an advantage.
• You have successfully completed a degree in real estate, hospitality, or a comparable industry.
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in hospitality, property management or a similar industry.
• You are a communication and organizational talent with a highly structured way of working.
• You can work effectively and precisely in a fast-paced environment, both independently and in a team, set the right priorities and meet deadlines.
• You have excellent MS Office skills.
• You must hold a driver's license.
• You are flexible in organizing your working hours and are generally willing to be available for our customers on weekends and public holidays.
