As a **(Junior) Sales Operations Manager (m/f/x)**, you will acquire valuable knowledge and skills related to crucial aspects of sales- and marketing oriented organizations. You will provide support to our Sales and Marketing Team, with a primary focus on Sales and Marketing Analytics, Performance Marketing, and Process Optimization.

## Tasks

*   Brainstorm and implement fresh Sales & Marketing strategies and procedures.
*   Assist in the enhancement of our current performance marketing channels or the introduction of new ones.
*   Conduct data analysis and generate reports.
*   Oversee our CRM system and other Sales and Marketing tools.

## Requirements

*   Completion of a bachelor's degree program from a renowned university, with a major in business, economics, or a related field.
*   Previous exposure to a results-driven work environment, such as startups, consulting, or banking, is preferred.
*   Proficiency in handling data, tools, and intricate problem-solving.
*   A proactive attitude and a firm commitment to achieving outcomes.
*   Fluent in both German and English.
