But how? 

My INNER HEALTH Club is a digital wellbeing studio for individuals. We offer guided programs based on holistic principles. Our goal is to make people feel better by giving them the knowledge to evaluate their individual wellbeing, as well as the tools to improve it.Therefore we provide a digital path to highly regenerative programs composed by leading scientists and practitioners. What we do is a synthesis of traditions and technologies, combining tried-and-tested methods with ancient rituals. Our approach is self-integrative, intended to lift the mind and body to a regenerative state of being. By imparting wisdom that you can immediately put into practice, we aim to guide users past their perceived potential.

## Tasks

Your Playground

*   Lead our Content Marketing strategy across all relevant channels
*   Oversee and execute yearly to weekly marketing calendar executional part while managing planning, and reporting. 
*   Strongly align with and be capable to lead the team of in house creatives, freelancers or third parties.   
*   Creative cross-functional briefings and maange for daily content creation
*   Collaborate cross functionally to sync the content strategy with the overall Brand/PR/Social/SEO and Growth strategy for Germany/EU market and be knowledgeable in how to contribute to these channels success.  
*   Manage all product-focussed campaigns with in international approach 
*   Work on potential brand collaborations together with the marketing team
*   Responsible for the content budgeting and controlling
*   Evaluate content metrics and iterate based on results
*   Leverage data and insights from business teams to inform messaging and strategy
*   Deep dive and understand audience pain points to turn them into insightful, action-driving content

## Requirements

What you’ll bring  

*   3+ years experience as a marketing content manager having a creative but also business driven mindset 
*   Academic degree in journalism / marketing / media e.g.
*   Role model with the ability to motivate and empower your team with excellent project management skills
*   Passionate about wellbeing, healthy-lifestyle and online content creation.
*   Able to generate concepts for the initiatives, and manage from idea creation to the actual copy implementation.
*   A good analytical understanding and are able to make content decisions based on data.
*   Excellent skills in writing (English native-level) and an editor’s eye with the ability to craft engaging yet concise content.
*   Startup-mentality that acts flexible with the ability to work across multiple cultures and support digital needs.
