PART TIME Driver / Logistics Hub Assistant - 20 to 30 hours PER WEEK

GreenTime is looking for a Driver / Logistics Hub Assistant to strengthen the logistics team in Zurich. This is an hourly paid position with a guaranteed number of hours per week, with the the potential of increasing the workload to 70%-80% (permanent contract) within 6 to 12 months.

The role involves delivering to client businesses every morning using the company’s refrigerated truck, with shifts starting afrom 5.30 AM. Hours and workload are variable.

Mission 1: Daily Delivery Rounds - Restocking and Maintenance of GreenTime Fridges:

• Delivering to clients according to the predefined route on Routific;
• Managing stock, expiration dates, and product arrangement during restocking;
• Daily cleaning/maintenance of each refrigerator on the route;
• Managing waste/maintaining Green Points;
• Verifying functionality and performing inventory checks after each delivery;
• Constant use of dedicated Slack channels to report any issues encountered;Cleaning and washing the delivery vehicle(s) according to the “Driver Toolkit & Van Cleaning Schedule”;
• Scheduled maintenance visits at Petit Forestier;
• Monthly mileage logging for the vehicle;
• Recording vehicle content and scheduling monthly vehicle cleaning.

Mission 2: Tagging:

• Promptly reporting any shortage of tags or products to the manager;
• Managing ‘Bad Tags’ as instructed during the rounds.

Mission 3: Auxiliary Tasks as Directed by Management:

• Preparing and maintaining delivery boxes for GreenTime clients;
• Providing field support to the Tech Manager (diagnostics, maintenance, repairs) based on training and skills;
• Occasional trips to our vehicle fleet provider for vehicle maintenance;
• Any other relevant tasks as directed by the manager.

• NON-SMOKER ONLY;
• RESIDING CLOSE TO THE WORKPLACE (Zurich Binz);
• Available Monday to Friday, starting from Zurich Binz from 5:30 AM;
• Up-to-date category B driving license required;
• Minimum 1 year of experience in delivery/logistics;
• Good computer skills (smartphone applications);
• Clean, well-groomed, and courteous;
• Punctual / early riser / precise / detail-oriented;
• Innate team spirit;
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Fluent in German/Swiss German (mandatory).
• French a plus.
