Team Assistant Registration & Membership (f/m/x)

The European Society of Radiology (ESR) is a non-political and non-profit organisation dedicated to strengthening and uniting European Radiology. With more than 140,000 members worldwide, it has become one of the largest radiological societies. It organises one of the most innovative scientific congresses in this field, the European Congress of Radiology (ECR), in Vienna.

We are looking for a committed full-time team member (38.5 hours) to support our Registration & Membership team in our Vienna office.

• Providing support for our members and congress participants
• Supporting our customers in registering for congresses via e-mail and telephone
• Preparation of invitation letters and assistance with visa applications
• Organisation and execution of participant registration
• Drafting texts for websites and mailings in English and German
• Processing of payment transactions
• Preparation of statistics and maintenance of the database

• Completed education at high school level
• Excellent English skills (at least C1)
• Good German skills (at least B2)
• Additional languages are an advantage
• Excellent MS Office skills ( with a focus on Word and Excel)
• Accuracy and precision with numbers in statistics
• Talent for organising and improvising
• Flexibility and team spirit

The monthly gross salary for this job vacancy (38,5h) is at least € 2,400.00 (14 times per year). The final salary depends on your relevant experience and qualifications and can be negotiated.
