The **European Society of Radiology (ESR)** is a non-political and non-profit organisation dedicated to strengthening and uniting European Radiology. With more than 140,000 members worldwide, it has become the largest radiological society that organises one of the most innovative scientific congresses in this field, the **European Congress of Radiology (ECR)**, in Vienna.

We are looking for a committed **full-time team member** **(38.5 hours)** to support our Executive Office.

## Tasks

*   Supporting the Executive Director (e.g. scheduling and coordinating appointments, organising meetings)
*   Written and oral correspondence in English and German
*   Preparation of documents (e.g. letters, e-mails) in English and German
*   Creation/preparation of lists, presentations etc.
*   Office management
*   Supporting the Reception (e.g. assisting visitors, coordinating telephone enquiries)

## Requirements

*   Completed education at high school level and/or university degree
*   Excellent written and spoken English
*   Good written and spoken German
*   Other languages are an advantage
*   Excellent MS Office skills
*   Experience as an assistant is an advantage
*   Ability to work independently and under pressure
