Working Student Portal Manager for Italy and Spain (m/w/d)

Your Role:

We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn Working Student (m/f/d) for Portal Management Spain & Italy. You will support our operational team in various tasks related to campaign planning and execution as well as content management.

Your Tasks:

• Account Management: Supporting the management of new shops and planning as well as negotiating campaigns.
• Content Management: Creating newsletters, social media posts, and promotional content on the website.
• Customer Support: Assisting with the resolution of complex inquiries.
• Campaign Monitoring: Supporting the tracking and evaluation of campaigns and actions.

• Languages: Fluent Spanish and Italian, very good English. German skills are a plus.

• Personality: Open, honest, eager to learn, enthusiastic, and motivated.

• Team Player: You enjoy working collaboratively and are eager to contribute.

• Work Style: Structured, reliable, and willing to learn new topics.

Working Hours: Part-time (20 hours per week), flexible.
