Chief Product Officer (CPO) 90-100%

MyCamper is the largest sharing platform for camping vehicles in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark and Switzerland. Our mission is to make camping accessible for everyone by making better use of existing resources.

The CPO is responsible for the product at MyCamper. You lead the product team, are part of the management and work closely with the tech team. You shape the product vision and strategy and plan resources accordingly in order to achieve the expected outcomes.

You're responsible to further develop a product that facilitates strong growth in all the existing markets by ensuring a fantastic user experience and by focusing on solving hard customer problems.

• Build and develop a product that solves customer problems and supports growth on both sides of the marketplace profitably.
• Shape a clear, ambitious product vision and derive a product strategy based on that in order to create alignment.
• Establish continuous customer discovery processes to ensure a regular flow of customer insights, helping us to focus on solving the right problems.
• Establish a strong data foundation together with the BI analyst to improve decision-making.
• Lead the product team and ensure we’re solving the right problems in a way that helps the business (is viable) and the user (is valuable and usable).
• Work closely with the CTO to ensure good communication and collaboration between the product and tech teams.
• As part of the management team you’re responsible for shaping the company strategy and culture actively.

• At least 6 years of product management experience in developing consumer facing products with at least 10,000 users.
• Experience with setting up and running highly effective product development processes focused on outcomes.
• Experience with working and succeeding in a data informed culture, where not the HiPPO 🦛 but the best argument decides.
• At least 4 years of experience with leading and developing teams and ensuring they can perform at their best and continue to grow.
• Problem solver: Whatever the issue is, you find a way to solve it. You have a propensity for action. You’re able to handle pressure, drive multiple high stakes projects forward in parallel, and prioritize ruthlessly and continuously.
• Great communication skills: You’re able to communicate effectively, written and verbally. You document cleanly and thoroughly. Your co-workers know what you expect of them.
