At MyBIkePlan we believe in 3 things:

We make E-bikes accessible to all by offering a 100% digital solution for customers to purchase and own an E-Bike, starting at CHF 52 per month. This is done through a 0% financing model over 12 to 48 months. Instead of paying CHF 2,500+, customers can own their very own bike for CHF 52+ per month.

## Tasks

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who loves talking to customers and supporting them in their entire journey through the sales and delivery pipeline.

We need someone who is super excited, motivated and wants to bring the best possible customer experience to the world of E-Bikes.

**A normal day can look anything like this:**

*   Supporting customers through the sales & delivery process
*   Helping generate leads by answering all customer's questions over email, video ask and many other CTA on the platform
*   Track conversion rates & support in developing solutions to improve the CX & conversion rates.
*   Working directly with our CMS (Hubspot)
*   Working together with marketing and operations to inform them of customer feedback, improvements, etc.
*   Supporting delivery planning together with our logistics partners
*   Supporting the sales & ops managers in the ordering of inventory and tracking
*   Supporting product listing management
*   Supporting after-sales topics with customers

## Requirements

We do not care about certificates and papers.

You can be a designer, a salesperson and engineer or an electrician. All that is important is that you are creative have a can-do attitude and are willing to adapt.

**Some skills you could have to convince us you are the right fit:**

*   A good eye for problem-solving and being customer-focused
*   Huge confidence in working directly with customers
*   Good understanding of tracking own KPIs and improvement areas
*   _Why not? And I can do it attitude_
*   German mother tongue and proficiency in English
*   An intermediate level of French will be a plus
