Greek Customer Support agent - iGaming

On behalf of our Client We are looking for Customer Support Agents with Greek & English who will contact and support the best customers in the market.

• Providing support in Greek by phone, email and Live chats;
• Processing with high attention to details and content;
• Identifying clients' needs and proactively proposing solutions;
• Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction

• Previous experience as a support agent online, ideally within the iGaming/Gambling industry
• Proficiency in English and Greek, both written and spoken;
• Availability to work on shifts covering Monday to Sunday 24x7
• Proactive person with good support/sales skills;Strong communication and negotiation skills
