MultiBase is a Business Intelligence (BI) / Data Analytics consultancy with 35 years of experience helping mid-sized companies across the DACH region turn data into decisions and profit. Over 1,500 projects, more than 400 clients. Our buyers are CFOs and Heads of Controlling at companies with EUR 50-500M in revenue, in manufacturing, building materials, luxury goods, automotive, and food and beverage.
We're in the middle of the biggest transformation in our history: from traditional BI consulting to an AI-accelerated, IP-driven business, built on our own methodology, the DECIDE framework. We're a tight, high-output team that runs on systems, AI leverage, and sharp thinking.
Our sales engine already produces leads. What it needs now is someone who works them relentlessly and turns them into real conversations. That's where you come in.
Tasks
The Role
One person, one number: turn our inbound and outbound leads into qualified Gameplan Sessions that actually happen.
A Gameplan Session (GPS) is a strategic call our CEO runs with a CFO or Head of Controlling. Your job is to fill that calendar with the right people: senior finance decision-makers who book, show up, and are a genuine fit. A booking alone doesn't count. The wrong person attending doesn't count.
You own the entire top of the funnel, inbound and outbound. Nothing else competes for your attention.
Concretely:
- Call every inbound lead within five minutes. Speed wins, and inbound always comes first.
- Run a steady outbound cadence by phone, email, and LinkedIn against our CFO / Head-of-Controlling target list, and help expand it.
- Qualify hard. Get past gatekeepers and earn 90 seconds of a busy CFO's attention.
- Book qualified sessions and protect the show rate.
- Log every outcome in our CRM (GoHighLevel), every time. The system runs on it.
- Use AI to research accounts, sharpen your messaging, and move faster. We give you the tools.
- Own your input numbers (around 40 outreach attempts, 20 emails, 10 LinkedIn touches a day), because you understand they drive the result.
Scripts, sequences, and CRM workflows are already built. You adapt and run them, you don't start from a blank page.
Who You Are
You're comfortable on the phone with senior people, and you don't fold when a CFO is short with you. You treat rejection and voicemail as part of the game, not a reason to slow down.
You're disciplined to the point of reflex: every call logged, every lead followed up, nothing dropped. You adapt a script rather than read it, and you stay sharp when a call goes sideways.
You like a number on the wall and pay that rewards output.
Requirements
Must-Have
- Business-fluent, C-level-credible German. The calls, the gatekeepers, and the whole market run in German. This is the first filter, not a nice-to-have.
- 1+ years in inside sales, appointment setting, or SDR work in B2B German-speaking markets, ideally for a considered offer (software, consulting, professional or financial services).
- A track record of carrying both an outbound activity quota and an inbound / speed-to-lead responsibility.
- CRM discipline embedded in how you work.
- Calm, resilient, and persistent on the phone.
- Comfortable using AI tools in your daily workflow, or fast to learn.
Nice to Have
- Experience setting or selling into finance and controlling buyers.
- A background in data, BI, software, or consulting.
- Solid English on top of German, for working with the team.

- You wait for the phone to ring instead of dialing.
- You can only read a script verbatim and freeze when a call goes off-plan.

- Your German is fine for colleagues but not sharp enough for a CFO who can hang up in three seconds.
