Your Impact

• Own Your Stream: Take charge of financial sub-projects (Accounting, Invoicing, Controlling modules) within large-scale ERP implementations
• Architect the Financial Future: Analyze current accounting setups and design sleek, automated, and compliant financial processes for our clients
• Bridge Finance & Tech: Act as the vital link between our clients' Finance departments and our engineering team. You will translate complex financial requirements into clear technical specifications
• Shape Digitalization: Drive process optimization and digitalization for different businesses
• Consult & Advise: Co-lead finance-focused workshops, create feasibility analyses, and prepare compelling pitch decks

Who You Are

• The Foundation: Higher education degree with a specialization in Business, Finance & Accounting, or Information Systems
• The Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience as an ERP key user, Junior IT/ERP Consultant, or working in accounting/controlling
• The Mindset: A high level of accuracy combined with fast comprehension skills, analytical thinking, and a genuine passion for process improvement
• The Expert Edge: A foundational understanding of international finance. Experience with or knowledge of various accounting standards (UK, US, or EU GAAP) is a massive plus
• The Communicator: A highly committed, English-speaking team player (minimum fluency of C1 required)
