Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation among retail traders.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, PPC, SEO, and influencer partnerships.
- Create engaging content (blogs, videos, webinars) that highlights the benefits of our trading programs and attracts prospective traders.
- Oversee the design and production of marketing materials, including websites, landing pages, and promotional assets.
- Work closely with the trader recruitment team to optimize lead generation efforts and conversion rates.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to refine marketing strategies and maximize ROI.
- Engage with the retail trading community on forums, social media, and other platforms to increase visibility and interaction.
- Organize online events, trading competitions, and webinars to attract and retain traders.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring timely and effective campaign delivery.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role, ideally within the financial services or trading industry.
- Strong digital marketing skills, including experience with social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
- In-depth understanding of retail trading and the needs of retail traders.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset, with proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics or HubSpot.
- Passion for the trading industry and staying up-to-date with market trends.
- Experience organizing events, webinars, or community engagement activities is a plus.
