Freelance Chinese/English Operations Communicator - REMOTE

We are looking for a motivated freelance Bilingual Operations Communicator to join our remote pet brand. In this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating with our suppliers and logistics partners.

• Communication: Maintain daily communication with Chinese suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to align processes and swiftly resolve any bottlenecks.
• Documentation: Monitor and optimise data management
• Product Branding: Coordinate product branding and packaging specifications with our suppliers to ensure all products meet the desired quality standards.
• Product sourcing: Communicate about potential new products and the sourcing process.
• Data analysis: conduct data analysis for subjects such as the inventory database and purchase orders

• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin), and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills.
• Freelance registration
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Include the hidden word "Black Friday" to demonstrate your attention to detail
• Experience in supply chain, project management, or operations
• Available at least 20 hours a week during CEST mornings (your location doesn't matter)
