Freelance Chinese/English Operations Communicator - REMOTE

We are looking for a motivated freelance Bilingual Operations Communicator to join our remote start-up PET BRAND. In this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating with our Chinese suppliers and logistics partners (3PL). As the link between our team and Chinese partners, you'll ensure smooth operations across our processes.

• Communication: Maintain daily communication with Chinese suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to align processes and swiftly resolve any bottlenecks.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and optimise inventory levels in collaboration with our suppliers and 3PL partners.
• Product Branding: Coordinate product branding and packaging specifications with our suppliers to ensure all products meet the desired quality standards.
• Product sourcing: Communicate about potential new products and the sourcing process.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements with suppliers to enhance efficiency and optimise collaboration.

• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin), and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills.
• Freelance registration (or willingness to become a freelancer)
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in inventory management, project management, or operations is a plus but not essential.
