Why Morgen
Morgen is bringing to life the world's first real-time AI executive assistant for planning personal and professional life.
Our mission is to give people the same unfair advantage executives already benefit from: an executive assistant who helps them design their time intentionally so they can focus on what matters most. We combine powerful AI with a flexible calendar and task manager to create a planner that adapts to the user.
You’ll join a small, ambitious, and supportive team. We value curiosity, humility, and perseverance. We experiment, we learn fast, and we’re not afraid of the hard problems. If that excites you, you’ll feel right at home.
Why This Role Matters
Morgen recently raised funding to accelerate our growth and bring cutting-edge AI technology to market. We're at an inflection point with strong foundations in SEO, SEM, and affiliate marketing, a growing B2C customer base, and a product we deeply believe in. Now, we're looking to expand our marketing mix, pressure-test new channels, and scale what works.
We're hiring a strategic, data-driven Head of Growth to lead this next phase. You’ll own our growth roadmap across both established and emerging channels, designing smart experiments, building feedback loops, and doubling down where we can achieve scalable growth at an efficient CAC.
This is a high-tempo, high-impact role. You’ll work with a small, nimble team and have the opportunity to bring in freelancers and upgrade tooling to extend your leverage. You'll thrive here if you're hands-on, fast-moving, deeply curious, and comfortable navigating uncertainty. We’re not looking for someone who needs a big team or a playbook. We're looking for someone who wants to build the playbook, test it relentlessly, and push through failure with curiosity and drive.
If you're excited by the opportunity to help a company with momentum break through to the next level (and you thrive in the intensity that comes with that!), we'd love to meet you.
Tasks
How You’ll Drive Impact
Craft and Evolve Morgen’s Story
- Translate user research, competitive analysis, and market trends into clear positioning that defines our ideal customers, the problems we solve for them, and why we are the right choice.
- Own messaging consistency across channels and touch points, including our website, help documentation, marketing campaigns, and performance marketing. Partner with product and customer support for tight alignment.
- Develop product marketing narratives, ensuring Morgen users understand not just what we’ve built, but why it matters and how it solves their problems.
Turn Market and Customer Insight into Action
- Own competitive intelligence. Stay on top of shifts in the productivity space and translate those insights into positioning, content, and roadmap recommendations.
- Champion the voice of the customer. Conduct user and prospect interviews to uncover motivations, pain points, and objections. Turn those into actionable inputs for product, content, and campaign teams.
- Stay plugged into trends in personal productivity and effectiveness, including emerging research, popular discourse, and influential voices. Translate these insights into content, partnerships, and messaging opportunities.
Drive Multi-Channel Growth and Experimentation
- Own the growth strategy and marketing budget across paid, organic, and partner channels. Working with our CEO, set bold goals for MoM growth while ruthlessly optimizing for CAC, lifetime value, and long-term growth.
- Oversee multi-channel execution, including SEM, SEO, affiliate, other paid channels like Reddit and LinkedIn, as well as emerging opportunities like AI SEO / GEO and LLMO (LLM Optimization). Apply a hypothesis-driven testing framework to identify scalable opportunities, designing experiments, measuring results, extracting learnings, and continually refining our growth playbook.
- Ensure each channel is optimized for creative, messaging, landing page conversion, and budget efficiency.
Build and Empower a High-Leverage Team
- Lead and nurture a small, high-output internal team, setting direction, giving feedback, and getting insights useful in the decision making. Identify where to invest in freelancers or specialists and where tooling can unlock leverage.
- Build light but effective systems that help the team execute, measure, and learn quickly.
- Push our GEO forward, staying abreast of shifts in targeting, platform algorithms, and ad tech.
Measure What Matters and Scale What Works
- Own performance. Ensure we have the right tools and reporting in place for attribution and tracking to ensure you have the intelligence you need to make decisions.
- Build reliable reporting loops so the full team knows what's working, what’s not, and where to focus next.
Requirements
Your Experience
- 5–8+ years in performance and/or product marketing or growth roles
- Proven track record scaling SaaS, ideally B2C subscription models
- Experience managing paid search, social advertising, and affiliate programs
- Deep understanding of SEO and demonstrated learning curve on emerging GEO
- Prior experience owning marketing roadmaps, budgets, and reporting directly to leadership
Your Superpowers
- Strong fluency in data, attribution, and marketing analytics.
- Sharp understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, and experimentation frameworks.
- Motivated by supporting, growing, and orchestrating a team.
- A track record of collaborating cross-functionally with product, leadership, and customer support to drive results.
- Deeply curious, with a drive to understand our customers, their needs, and how to engage them.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity, designing experiments, and iterating quickly. You’re not afraid to fail and hungry to learn.
- An ownership mentality. You’re hands-on and excited to build, not just guide.
- Fluent in English. Additional language skills in French and/or German are an asset.
- Passionate about your own personal productivity and effectiveness. You’ve tried a mix of tools, evolved your workflows, and regularly consume content on how to be more effective.
Benefits
- Equity compensation on top of a competitive salary — we want you to own your work, literally
- Great professional growth opportunity as the company grows — we prioritize internal talent, always!
- Ownership of projects and strategic priorities
- The flexibility of a remote role with the chance to work in person 1 to 3 times a week with the business team in Prague
- Regular off-sites with the entire team in cool locations
- 25 days of paid vacation
