We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team and support the daily operations of our Shopify store. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, organizational skills, and a keen visual sense to help us deliver an outstanding online shopping experience.

## Tasks

Responsibilities:  

*   Manage and update products, bundles, and metafields within Shopify
*   Handle content updates and merchandising tasks using Shopify and Shogun
*   Support product launches incl. bundles and collection setups
*   Perform bug testing and landing page testing to ensure flawless customer experience
*   Conduct research tasks to support decision-making and innovation
*   Document procedures, workflows, and best practices for internal reference
*   Collaborate on project management tasks, ensuring smooth workflows and timely execution
*   Assist with data analysis and performance tracking
*   Select and curate product content when needed
*   Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in project management tools (preferably ClickUp)

## Requirements

Requirements:  

*   Solid knowledge of Shopify (products, collections, metafields, bundles)
*   Experience with Shogun or similar page builders
*   Strong project management skills and experience using PM tools (ideally ClickUp)
*   Strong analytical skills combined with a visual eye for content
*   Flexible, proactive, and hands-on approach
*   Thorough and detail-oriented
*   Affinity for products and e-commerce
*   Positive, solution-oriented mindset
*   Fluent in English (written and spoken)
