We are looking for a strong Transaction Manager to join our global team and support MODIFI in its mission to change the world of international trade.

Your Impact

• Responsible for day to day Transaction Processing of global trade finance customers (India, UAE, USA, Greater China, Spain, UK, the Netherlands and other MODIFI geographies).
• Responsible for checking and verifying all documents in line with the trade requirements
• Ensuring transactions are processed and queries are resolved within TAT, thereby accountable for quality customer service and experience.
• Smooth onboarding of customers and problem resolving
• Responsible for maintaining a clean portfolio by ensuring regular and timely follow ups with the sales teams and customers for upcoming repayments.
• Effectively mitigate the risks associated with FATF which includes Money Laundering/Terrorist Financing/Sanctions risks with all escalated trade finance transactions and provide approval/escalations as necessary

Requirements

• The Ideal candidate should have a Masters/ University degree or equivalent with 1 to 4 years of Trade Finance operations experience
• Knowledge of all trade finance products (L/C, bank guarantee(s), receivables, transactional trade finance, inward outward remittances, regulatory guidelines etc.)
• Excellent Client and Stakeholder Management
• Fluent English
• High energy and self-driven individual with a passion to make a difference.
• Team player and willingness to go the extra mile
