Projectmanager Engineering E&A

Lead system integration, ensure contractual compliance, and coordinate engineering teams for seamless project execution.

As the project manager Engineering E&A, you will be responsible for managing the integration of electrical and automation systems onboard. You will work closely with procurement, shipbuilding, mechanical engineering teams, suppliers, and shipyards to ensure smooth collaboration and system alignment. From overseeing technical decisions to organizing testing and compliance reviews, you will ensure every aspect of the project meets the required standards.

• Leading integration efforts for onboard systems, ensuring they align with technical and contractual requirements.
• Overseeing project progress and making informed technical decisions when necessary.
• Facilitating clear communication between stakeholders, including different engineering disciplines.
• Collaborating with shipbuilding and mechanical engineering teams to address system integration challenges.
• Ensuring adherence to EMI/EMC regulations, as well as physical and data interface requirements.
• Organizing integration reviews, testing phases, and progress reports to track project development effectively.

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Automation Engineering, or a related field;
• You have at least 5 years of experience in designing, integrating, and installing complex E&A systems (preferred);
• You have a strong background in the functional development of Control and Monitoring systems;
• You have excellent English communication skills for effective collaboration;
• You have the willingness to travel 1–2 times per year for short trips as needed;
• You are eligible to work in the Netherlands.
