This hybrid position is based in Malta, offering flexibility to work both from home and from a modern office environment.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via email in a professional, empathetic, and solution-focused manner.
  • Adhere to internal communication standards and operational procedures.
  1. Assess situations carefully and make decisions aligned with company policies and moderation guidelines.

Requirements

  • Native-level Swedish speaker with a good command of English.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
  • Able to adapt quickly and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathetic by nature, with a strong interest in online safety.
  • Interest in technology, digital platforms, or the sharing economy is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer support, moderation, or online services is beneficial.

  • Competitive salary: €1,694 gross per month (€1,450 net).
  • Relocation package:

  • Flight reimbursement up to €200 (after successful completion of 6-month probation).

Working Hours

  • Rotational shifts: 07:00–15:30 or 15:30–00:00 (with occasional variations, e.g., 11:00–19:30).
  • Two days off per week.
  • Training period: Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:30 (in-office).
