As part of their continued expansion, they are now seeking an experienced iGaming legal professional with a solid background in regulated markets to lead and oversee their global legal operations.

Job Responsibilities

As Senior Legal Counsel, you will head the Legal function, overseeing day-to-day operations and providing both pragmatic legal and commercial advice. You’ll play a key role in managing contentious and non-contentious matters, supporting the Group’s overall strategy and ensuring legal excellence across all areas of the business.

• Provide legal advice across corporate, commercial, intellectual property, data privacy, employment, and litigation/dispute resolution.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Develop and maintain contract templates, internal policies, and contract management processes.
• Deliver timely, practical legal advice to enable swift, compliant business decisions.
• Review, implement, and enforce customer terms & conditions, as well as handle disputes, complaints, and litigation.
• Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and nurture strong relationships with partners.
• Collaborate with external counsel on complex, multi-jurisdictional legal issues.
• Lead due diligence processes to ensure compliance across global markets.
• Support corporate governance, including drafting resolutions and internal documentation.

Experience Required

• 3+ years of proven experience in a similar legal role within the iGaming industry.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in law, with qualification as a lawyer in the UK or EU.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Would be strong advantage if you speak fluent Finnish
• Exceptional organisational skills, with a detail-oriented and quality-driven approach.
• A proactive mindset, eager to share knowledge and contribute to the growth of the legal team.
• A collaborative approach, with the ability to work cross-functionally across the business.
• Confidence in advising leadership teams and contributing to strategic decision-making.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
