We’re on the lookout for a sharp, results-driven Copywriter fluent in German and English, with a passion for iGaming and a flair for persuasive communication. This role sits within our dynamic in-house creative team and supports multiple online casino brands — each with its own tone, audience, and strategy.

More than just a writer, you’ll be a strategic thinker, behavioural marketer, and storyteller — crafting compelling copy that engages, converts, and retains players. From promotional campaigns to onboarding sequences, you’ll help shape the voice and impact of our brands across channels.

This is a hands-on, performance-focused role involving live copywriting tasks, real-time edits, and scenario-based campaign planning during our selection process.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft persuasive, high-converting copy for emails, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messages
• Develop content for onboarding flows, player lifecycle journeys, and retention campaigns
• Write landing pages, promotional banners, bonus descriptions, and campaign headlines
• Create A/B testing strategies for subject lines, CTAs, and promotional content
• Deliver multiple copy variations tailored to segmented player audiences
• Align tone and messaging across different languages, demographics, and regulatory markets
• Ensure all content complies with responsible gaming and legal standards

• Native-level fluency in German OR English and strong command of English, or vice versa
• 2+ years of copywriting experience — ideally within the iGaming industry
• Solid grasp of promotional mechanics: free spins, cashback, reloads, tournaments, etc.
• Experience creating compliant promotional content across regulated markets
• Comfortable managing tight deadlines and juggling multiple concurrent campaigns
• Proven ability to apply behavioural psychology in copy: urgency, reward framing, social proof
• Familiarity with promotional calendars and coordination with product/CRM teams
