Part-Time Infrastructure Administrator (Potential to Transition to Full-Time)

We are seeking a Part-Time Infrastructure Administrator to join our team, with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time role based on performance and business needs. This position offers flexibility while providing the opportunity to grow within the company.
As Infrastructure Administrator, you’ll play an important role in building and supporting our technical infrastructure. You’ll managing systems and environments, helping to ensure smooth operations across the company’s platforms and tools. You’ll collaborate closely with team members to tackle challenges and improve workflows. Additionally, you’ll interact with customers to provide support, focusing on resolving issues related to our software product. • Set Up and Administration:
  - Manage Jenkins environments for continuous integration and automated testing.
  - Configure and maintain Linux servers with Apache web servers.
  - Analyze system logs to identify and mitigate potential issues.
  - Set up and administrate test environments for platforms like SAP, SharePoint, Confluence, and more.
• Web and Application Management:
  - Oversee the company’s WordPress site, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Cloud and Directory Services:
  - Manage and optimize configurations for Microsoft Azure and Active Directory/Entra ID.
  - Implement and monitor security measures across both cloud and local environments.
• Customer and Team Support:
  - Assist the support team and customers with technical inquiries and system-related issues.
  - Reproduce and analyze problems to provide actionable solutions.
  - Utilize your knowledge of MSI parameters, centralized software rollouts, and terminal server environments.
• Security and Compliance:
  - Contribute to ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance initiatives.
  - Develop and enforce security protocols to safeguard systems and data.
  - Implement and maintain robust backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Automation:
  - Design and implement automation processes to improve operational efficiency.
  - Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements.
• Documentation:
  - Document system configurations, processes, and best practices for internal and external use.

• Enthusiasm for learning and developing new technical skills.
  A candidate who is eager to embrace emerging technologies and quickly adapt to new tools and methodologies.
• Experience with DevOps and Jenkins.
  Hands-on expertise in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Jenkins for CI/CD automation.
• First experience with Linux.
  Basic familiarity with Linux command-line operations and administration tasks.
• A proactive mindset and a willingness to take on challenges.
  Someone who anticipates issues and takes initiative to find innovative solutions.
• Understanding of IT security principles.
  Knowledge of fundamental security practices, including risk assessment and vulnerability management.
• Willingness to work in 1st and 2nd level support.
