We need handymen with a background in painting, plastering, carpentry or electrical work to help us in a refurbishment process.
fix all items reported as requiring attention
identify and repair any items that are starting to give in
provide a quick turn-around for setting up of new properties - collaborate closely with Setup Manager for doing so
gardens to look fully tidy and clean at all times
paved areas/slabs to be weed-free at all times
log number of maintenance issues originating from guests - communicate information to Property Manager
communicate the numbers of complaints if confronted to the Property Manager
Assist with setting up rooms and other areas by doing tasks like installing headboards and assembling furniture
Basic DBS check (can be provided after the interview)
