Mi NEGOSHI is a partnership between the Ministry of Economic Development, Stichting Beheer MKB Fondsen, and the Curaçao Chamber of Commerce & Industry, dedicated to supporting local entrepreneurs in reaching their next level of success.

Coaches: Provide personalized coaching to entrepreneurs in your area of expertise

• Conduct intakes with your assigned clients.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with assigned clients.
• Address client challenges and roadblocks.
• Setting new goals and action plans.
• Help create "business" plans in your area of expertise, if applicable. (business, marketing, branding, operational plans etc.
• Document coaching sessions.
• Review client progress and providing feedback.
• Connect entrepreneurs with nessesary resources.

Trainers: Facilitate group trainings to entrepreneurs in your area of expertise

• Deliver & design engaging and interactive training programs.
• Develop engaging learning materials.
• Assess training needs.
• Provide feedback and coaching during training/workshop sessions.

First things first! You'll need to be an expert in at least one of the following:

• Legal Advice: Assist entrepreneurs with legal matters and contracts.
• Financial administration: Assist enterpreneurs in developing and implementing sound financial management practices.
• Export: Guide businesses in entering international markets.
• Marketing: Guide entrepreneurs in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Branding: Advise entrepreneurs on brand strategy and building a strong brand identity.
• IT & Artificial Intelligence: Support the optimization of business processes through IT solutions and AI technologies.
• Graphic Design: Enhance visual communication and creating professional designs for businesses.
• Website Development: Advise and support businesses in building or improving their websites.
• Business development: Identify and implement strategies to achieve sustainable and profitable growth.
• Human Resources: Advise on recruitment, team development, and personnel management.
• Quality Management: Assist in setting up and improving quality standards and processes.
• Operation Management: Support businesses in streamlining operations and enhancing daily workflows.
• Sustainability: Guide entrepreneurs in implementing sustainable solutions within their businesses.
• Digitalization: Assist in digitizing business processes and utilizing digital tools.

Hopefully, one of those were one of your "IT" areas! Additionally, it is important to know that:
