Our mission is to create a new wave of pizza delivery. As we continue to expand our reach and offering, we are seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to help drive our growth strategies and enhance our market presence.

## Tasks

**Marketing Campaign Planning:** Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, including defining campaign objectives, target audiences, channels, and messaging, all with a focus on promoting Milano Vice's value proposition

**Project Management:** Manage end-to-end campaign projects, including coordinating cross-functional teams, setting timelines, and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule, ensuring the successful execution of marketing initiatives.

**Content Development:** Oversee the creation of campaign content, collaborating with copywriters, designers, and other team members as needed, to ensure all campaign materials meet Milano Vice's high Brand standards.

**Budget Oversight:** Create and manage campaign budgets, tracking expenditures and optimizing spending for the best ROI, while contributing to Milano Vice's growth.

**Reporting:** Prepare regular reports on campaign progress and results, and present findings to the leadership team to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.

## Requirements

*   2+ years experience in marketing campaign management and project management, with a focus on the food and delivery industry being an advantage.
*   Strong project management skills, including the ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, a crucial skill for Milano Vice's fast-paced environment.
*   Proficiency in using data analytics and campaign management tools, to contribute to Milano Vice's data-driven approach.
*   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, promoting a collaborative atmosphere within Milano Vice.
*   Creative thinking and problem-solving ability, important for innovative marketing campaigns.
*   Proven ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure, ensuring Milano Vice's marketing efforts are executed flawlessly.
*   Proficiency in both English and German languages a must
