Senior Marketing Manager (all genders)

Milano Vice is a dynamic and innovative food brand that collaborates with professional kitchens to craft and deliver delicious pizzas straight to customers' homes. Our mission is to create a new wave of pizza delivery. As we continue to expand our reach and offering, we are seeking a Senior Growth Manager to drive our growth strategies and enhance our market presence.

Growth Strategy Development: Create, lead, and implement comprehensive growth strategies to drive Milano Vice's expansion, market share, and revenue across our own and marketplace platforms.

Customer Acquisition: Develop and manage customer acquisition strategies, optimizing channels like performance marketing and SEO.

CRM: Identify and establish effective CRM strategies to enhance Milano Vice's customer relationships, reach, and offerings.

Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics and consumer insights to make informed decisions, optimize campaigns, and uncover growth opportunities. Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to the leadership team on growth initiatives' progress and effectiveness.

Budget Management: Manage budgets for growth initiatives and marketing campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and a strong ROI.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, identifying areas for Milano Vice's growth and competitive advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of proven experience in a growth management role, preferably in the food delivery or e-commerce sector.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing growth strategies that have driven significant business expansion.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and a strong analytical mindset.
• Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in both English and German languages a must.
