Manage and drive your own projects: You will get responsibility from day one. All projects will have a critical impact on our company.
Finance & Operations: Support day-to-day accounting (Pleo expenses, invoices, matching orders), maintain records, and prepare weekly reports for external accountants
Office Management: Ensure smooth office operations (supplies, tidiness, fridge restock, errands) and handle practical logistics.
People Operations: Assist with onboarding/offboarding (accounts, equipment, scheduling) and help create a great employee experience.
Special Projects: Contribute to team events, offsite, office visits, health and safety checks, ESG/social impact initiatives, amongst others.
Enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s Program
Ambitious self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
Hands-on personality, team-play-spirit, and efficient self-time management
Passionate for sustainability
Fluent in English and Portuguese
Duration: 6 months (negotiable)
Hours per week : 20 hours
Preferred areas of studies: Business, Finance, Management, or similar
