MicroHarvest is on the lookout for a motivated and organized Marketing Working Student eager to delve into the world of impactful marketing strategies and to contribute to elevating our brand. This role is an exceptional opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in real-world marketing while playing a pivotal role in driving MicroHarvest towards achieving its growth objectives and becoming a leader in the industry.

Role Summary:

As a Marketing Intern, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, supporting the execution of our Go-to-Market (GTM) and brand-building efforts. This role focuses on channel management, event planning and coordination, along with tracking data and budgets. You will work closely with the Head of Brand to help develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aimed at increasing our brand's visibility, improving lead generation, and supporting the company's overall growth.

Tasks

  • Assist in B2B Content Creation: Help plan, coordinate, and publish cross-media B2B content (text, images, multimedia) across various platforms (website, social media, newsletters, print, trade shows) in line with our content strategy.
  • Support Event Management: Aid in the project management of events and trade shows, from preparation to follow-up, ensuring effective participation and coverage.
  • Contribute to Content Strategy Development: Work alongside the Head of Brand in developing and implementing a content strategy that enhances brand awareness, supports lead generation, and contributes to growth.
  • Participate in Interviews and Storytelling: Assist in conducting interviews with experts and clients, transforming these discussions into compelling articles and success stories with our PR agency's support.
  • Manage LinkedIn Channel: Help oversee the MicroHarvest LinkedIn account, introduce new formats, and contribute to creating engaging content.
  • Assist in Document Development: Support the production of key documents for our management and sales teams, aiding in effective communication and strategy execution.
  • Facilitate Partnership Building: Help establish connections with relevant industry organizations and media within Germany to broaden our reach and strengthen our market position.
  • Monitor Performance: Support the continuous monitoring of marketing activities' effectiveness, helping adjust strategies to meet our goals.
