## **MGID** is a global advertising platform helping brands reach unique local audiences at scale. We are looking for a **Product Manager for the Advertisers Department** to help create and manage products for our clients. This role requires a person who is able to make independent decisions and take initiative. The Product Manager will focus on analyzing, and improving our tools for advertisers (tracking solutions, payment methods, API, etc.) and creating new tools, working closely with stakeholders  

You will have the opportunity to implement your own ideas, create solutions and solve problems in your own way.  

****What You Will Do:**

* Grow our business by developing new or improving current products and features
* Own the full cycle of product development – ideation, clients validations, wireframing, user testing, AB testing, in-depth data analysis, discovery with R&D, specs writing, launching, monitoring. And then iterate, and iterate again
* Interface with sales, account management, and strategic clients to analyze needs and implement new tools and features accordingly
* Research and understand key customers, market trends, upcoming opportunities, and challenges
* Manage UI/UX improvements and A/B tests
* Working with the technical department to implement confirmed hypotheses

## Requirements

Who You Are: 
* 2+ years of experience in Product Management
* Startup mindset (Fail Fast, Learn Fast)
* Analytical mindset, comfortable leveraging data to drive decisions
* Market and competitors’ research experience
* Excellent verbal and communication skills
* Advanced experience in UI/UX
* Experience in A/B testing
* CustDev skill set
* Upper-Intermediate English or higher
* Experience with AdTech/MarTech  
    
**It will be a plus:**
* Experience in launching own projects
