## Tasks

*   Work with Clients on Regional basis after the sale process and also between the departments ﻿and do regular upsell and campaign optimization;
*   Analyze campaign performance & audience insights to identify strategies for maximizing campaign ROI;
*   Regularly contact advertiser clients regarding campaign optimization, strategies and incremental opportunities;
*   Prepare and deliver weekly reporting, campaign wrap-ups and presentations;
*   Collaborate with internal teams on operational processes, troubleshooting and billing.

## Requirements

*   5+ years of experience in Account Management, Ad-operations and Client Servicing;
*   Advanced level of English, ability to speak Hindi/Marathi/Bengali;
*   Knowledge of Ad Tech industry and Native Ads;
*   Experience with CRM system management and Upsell records;
*   Prior experience of work in Agency and working with AGILE/Scrum will be a plus.
