Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious Agency Account Manager who will play a crucial role in managing our existing Clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Upsell: Work with existing clients to maximize client satisfaction, retention and growth; propose new ideas, alternative services for clients
- Optimization: Work as a liaison between clients and internal departments to operate campaign management, and to achieve higher performance
- Retention: Work closely with clients to ensure the campaigns’ achievement and satisfaction to ensure the contract renewal at the highest level
Requirements
Who you are:
- 1+ year of experience in digital marketing/account management experience in advertising agencies/e-commerce/direct response environment
- Outstanding computer skills, including strong knowledge of Google, Facebook, Line ads platform, Twitter, TikTok, Native ads, and content marketing
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the online advertising industry and technologies
- Deep understanding of the company product and being able to explain it to a client and anyone else when needed
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Understanding of the country's peculiarities, knowing the main competitors, prices, advertising verticals, and peculiarities of communication with people from the assigned GEO region
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, chart making, and manipulation of large data sets
Will be a plus:
- Digital advertising campaign management
- Prior agency experience
Languages proficiency:
- Upper-intermediate English
- Fluent Thai
