Job Description
As a Creative Designer, you will play a pivotal role in interpreting the Client’s communication strategy. You will design creative units in accordance with creative and compliance rules to get the best-performing creative ads.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyzing the Client's requests
- Brainstorm ideas and concepts for Clients
- Designing or searching for static or dynamic thumbnails
- Writing strong, clear, persuasive, and original Ad copies
- Develop animated & video creative ads (other formats required - learn how to, etc)
Requirements
Who You Are:
- 1+ years of experience in developing creative solutions for an integrated digital marketing campaign
- Ability to create and develop new creative approaches and lines
- Knowledge and understanding of the right tone of voice that successfully engages, informs, and delights both B2C and B2B audiences
- Strong Ad copywriting skills
- Good skills in Adobe Photoshop
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
- Quick mind and stress resistance, the ability to process large amounts of information
- Ability to be a creative storyteller who knows how to package and create multimedia content that grabs attention in an online/digital environment across different formats
- Good team working skills, keen to foster a collaborative, creative environment
- Upper-intermediate English; Fluent Ukrainian
Will be a plus:
- Experience leading Ads through all phases of development, including research, concepting, and production
- Good skills in Adobe Premiere Pro
- 1+ year experience working with AI tools (image and video production)
