As an Account Manager, you'll lead the execution, optimization, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns while fostering strong client relationships with our top clients in the LATAM markets to drive revenue and provide strategic market insights. Your deep understanding of the online advertising ecosystem, combined with hands-on experience in campaign management and tracking technologies, will be key to delivering exceptional results for our clients. With your expertise in AdTech and familiarity with LatAm market dynamics, you'll propose innovative solutions, ensure seamless collaboration across teams, and maintain impeccable CRM records. Through this role, you'll enhance your strategic acumen, deepen your knowledge of cutting-edge AdTech, and become a trusted partner to clients and internal stakeholders alike. What You Will Do:

  • Execute, optimize, and analyze digital marketing campaigns for our clients in Colombia and other LATAM counties
  • Develop relationships with clients by growing their revenue and consulting on current market trends
  • Propose new product solutions such as rich media, video, and push to diversify demand and better utilize clients’ budgets
  • Work in close cooperation with the publisher and BI teams to obtain traffic relevant to the client’s objectives.
  • Works on internal and external optimization of active clients to achieve clients’ KPIs.
  • Maintain spotless records in the CRM.

Requirements

Who you are:

  • 3+ years of experience in brand awareness, campaign management, and performance in AdTech, preferably in native advertising
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the online advertising industry, and technologies
  • Experience with brands, performance agencies, and trading desks
  • Understanding of the LatAm region, its peculiarities, consumer sentiment, main competitors, prices, advertising verticals, and peculiarities of communication with people from the assigned GEO region.
  • Hands-on knowledge of tracking methods such as JS pixels, GTM, server-to-server postback, IAS pixels post-back, etc.
  • Fluency or first-hand familiarity with: MS Office or G-Suite, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics(Hubspot, Slack, Tableau as a plus).

Will be a plus:

  • Prior agency experience.
  • Familiarity with tracking platforms (Voluum, Thrive, Impact, Eferflow).

Languages proficiency:

  • Fluent Spanish
  • Upper-intermediate English (written and spoken)
