Senior Client Acquisition Manager (Adtech) professional for our emerging office in India, with an opportunity to become a Team Lead!

As a Senior Client Acquisition manager, you'll be entrusted with fostering client relationships, overseeing the acquisition process, and ensuring the seamless promotion and sales of our diverse product portfolio.

What will you do

  • Develop and prioritize sales strategies within the region or country, aligning with supply needs, geographical considerations, and new product features
  • Monitor and nurture relationships with strategic clients in the region or country, focusing on revenue growth as a key metric
  • Proactively respond to market dynamics by adjusting business strategies and operational objectives accordingly
  • Provide valuable input for business development priorities based on firsthand operational experience with current clients in the region or country
  • Ensure the quality and quantity of client launches within specific regions, maintaining a high standard of service delivery
  • Conduct a thorough analysis of competitors' new products and solutions, fostering innovation by generating ideas for new ad types, formats, and features tailored to the local digital advertising market
  • Review, validate, and approve financial and business proposals, commercial offer letters, and exclusive/non-exclusive agreements
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to engage colleagues in relevant company activities, such as webinars and meet-ups, as speakers or participants as needed
  • Cultivate strong relationships and networks with key stakeholders, leaders, and decision-makers in advertising agencies, major advertisers, industry associations, adtech entities, affiliate networks, and direct contacts within both the advertising and publishing sectors

Requirements

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of customer acquisition digital marketing experience in advertising agencies/ e-commerce / direct response environment;
  • 1+ years of team management experience (will be a plus);
  • Deep knowledge of digital assets (ad formats, ad campaigns, native advertising solutions), Programmatic;
  • Understanding of the principles of ad campaign optimization;

  • Understanding marketing analytics tools (ex. Google Analytics, S2S trackers);
  • Comprehension of global advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.);
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, planning, and project management skills with individuals at both peer and management levels;
  • Proven analytical skills including a strong understanding of online marketing metrics;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-energy environment that requires the ability to multi-task and implement high-priority initiatives.
