As a Product Success Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our product exceeds the expectations of our users. You’ll use your financial knowledge to help users navigate the platform, address their inquiries, and provide insights that improves their experience. You will bridge the gap between our users and the product team, ensuring that our solutions deliver maximum value.

Location: Fully Onsite in Bahria Town Phase 8, Islamabad

Progression: Level II to III

Tasks

What You Will Do

Customer Onboarding and Support:

  • Assist in onboarding new clients by providing them with product training and support.
  • Address user inquiries and troubleshoot issues to ensure a smooth user experience.

Product Feedback and Improvement:

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product enhancement.
  • Collaborate with the product team to implement improvements based on user insights.

Account Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Monitor paid user accounts to ensure satisfaction and address any issues proactively.

Data Analysis:

  • Analyze user data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for product improvement.
  • Utilize accounting skills to ensure accuracy in financial-related features of the product.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Contribute to product documentation and training materials to enhance user understanding and drive product success

Requirements

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Background in finance/accounting with similar previous experience (0-1 years)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and user feedback.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis tools.
  • A proactive and curious mindset, with a passion for learning and a desire to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic fintech startup environment
  • A strong focus on understanding user challenges, with the ability to quickly identify issues, clearly articulate issues, and develop plans to solve them.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing exceptional work
  • Ability to think independently while learning and collaborating as a team member
  • Intrinsic motivation to address unique client use cases and teach clients how to maximize product performance.
  • Experience in product support is a plus!
