## Your mission

* Drive innovation and engagement through technology in our customer’s organisations
* Independently manage the customer onboarding processes: Lead the implementation of scalable onboarding processes & build relationships with key decision makers and influencers in our rapidly growing customer base
* Continuously engage with decision makers in the organisations of our customers helping them with their digital transformation
* Coordinate implementation projects of new features for customers
* Actively shape the growth traction of Metalshub: Develop customer success stories with our sales and marketing team through case studies, joint publications, testimonials, referrals with our existing customer base

## Your skillset

* You bring 4+ years of work experience in driving outcomes in a fast-paced environment, like management consulting, project management or a start-up environment
* ‘Customer first’ mindset - a deeply rooted passion to understand our customers’ needs and help them achieve their goals
* Excellent and proactive communication skills in English language to build trust, drive engagement and communicate decisions based on data
* Confidence and skillset to engage with decision makers and executives
* Project management experience to drive a growing number of customer projects with the ability to meet deadlines
