Tasks
Your Responsibilities:
- Amazon Operations: Support the Amazon team in day-to-day operations and gain hands-on experience in the strategic and operational management of our Amazon brand.
- Product Listings: Assist in uploading and maintaining product listings, including images, A+ content, and product videos.
- Market Monitoring: Help track product listings, monitor competitor activity and pricing changes, and contribute to reporting tasks.
- Campaign Management: Support the optimization of Amazon PPC campaigns and SEO strategies to improve visibility and performance.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Build and maintain structured reports and dashboards (e.g., in Excel or Google Sheets) to monitor performance metrics and support decision-making.
- Process Documentation & Automation: Contribute to documenting standard operating procedures and streamlining recurring tasks through automation or tool improvements.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline).
- Language Skills: Professional-level proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g., German, Spanish, or French) are a plus.
- Work Authorization & Location: The candidate must be able to work in Berlin and be available for on-site collaboration if required.
- Interest in E-Commerce: Strong enthusiasm for e-commerce, startups, and brand building.
- Excel & Data Skills: Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel; confident working with data and basic reporting.
- Mindset & Communication: Entrepreneurial, reliable, and transparent communicator with a hands-on mentality.
- Independence & Ownership: Proactive, self-driven working style with a desire to take ownership and contribute actively.
- Learning & Development: Eagerness to grow in a fast-paced environment and take on real responsibility.
