
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to lead our referrals and partnerships strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our children’s residential and educational services.
Location: Willenhall (with travel across the East Midlands, West Midlands & North West – Hybrid working)
Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Proven experience in business development, referrals, or placements within children’s social care or education
Strong stakeholder relationship management and communication skills
Solid understanding of local authority commissioning processes
Proactive, professional, and passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people
Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive, values-driven team
