## Tasks

To excel in the Head of Sales role in the USA, you should have extensive management experience and a robust network within the direct selling industry. You will be accountable for achieving sales targets across the market and overseeing daily operations, with a strong emphasis on business development through our member and leader network.

**Key Responsibilities:** 

*   **Sales Leadership:** Lead, motivate, and guide the field team to meet or exceed sales targets, focusing on new customers, member acquisition, activity levels, and retention.
*   **Strategy Development:** Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote the growth of our organization and enhance brand recognition.
*   **Team Management:** Oversee the performance and development of the local team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
*   **Training & Development:** Utilize our training academy to onboard and train new members and leaders, equipping them to effectively drive revenue.
*   **Recognition Programs:** Roll out and manage recognition programs to maintain a highly motivated and engaged field team.
*   **Relationship Building:** Cultivate strong relationships with key field leaders to enhance team growth, retention, and personal support.
*   **Market Analysis:** Identify customer needs and high-growth areas to target local sales and marketing initiatives.
*   **Compliance:** Ensure that the sales team adheres to company policies, ethical standards, and legal regulations, protecting the company’s reputation at all times.
*   **Social Media Management:** Manage social media strategies to boost engagement and attract new customers and members.
*   **Liaison Role:** Act as an intermediary between the global team and local members, customers, and support teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of queries.
*   **Support Global Initiatives**: Collaborate with the global team on new initiatives and provide insights from the local market.

## Requirements

*   Proven experience in sales leadership within the direct selling industry (10 years or more)
*   Strong analytical skills to review sales, recruiting, and retention metrics, identifying opportunities for growth.
*   Hands-on approach with a deep commitment to driving positive change and achieving organizational goals.
*   Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate the sales force.
*   Strong understanding of local market dynamics and consumer behavior.
*   Ability to develop lasting relationships both internally and externally, executing strategies effectively.
*   Financially astute with budget management experience.
*   Strong knowledge of compensation plans in the direct selling industry.
*   High integrity and a strong value system, with an emphasis on cultivating a positive market culture.
*   Experience in event planning and team-building strategies.
*   Excellent English written & spoken is a must. Additional language a plus.
